Beverley J. Franklin- Brewer, who was called to the Barbados Bar in 1996, formed Justicia Chambers in 2005 after working with various Senior QCs in the intervening years and honing her skills as a General Practitioner. 

The Honourable Sir Patterson Cheltenham K.A. Chief Justice acted as Legal Consultant until he was elevated to the office of Chief Justice of Barbados in 2020.  Avenel Hinkson-Forde, a practising attorney of 32 years is Chambers Associate.

Aneurin Brewer, a practising Barrister of 16 years, is the UK based Legal Associate. 

Colin Brewer, Chartered Accountant acts as general business Advisor to the Firm.
